My stay at Palazzo Lorenzo Hotel Boutique & Spa was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well cared for. We most definitely enjoyed our stay here. The check in was smooth and fast but didn’t feel very personal. They have parking on their own terrain which is useful. Keep in mind you have to give them your car keys in case your car needs to make way for someone leaving or arriving. In our case, the car didn’t even get touched.

The breakfast , the spa and the beautiful rooms. But mostly the team of staff working in the hotel who made our stay excellent.

A very good hotel, breakfast really nice and staff very friendly and helpful. They change our room as we asked for a slightly bigger bathroom, which was so nice and made our stay so much better. Spa was very relaxing and was good to be private.

This hotel is great! My room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The spa was very pleasant. All the staff, from the reception to the breakfast room staff, was super kind, welcoming, helpful. The location is also great: close to buses and tram, very easy to get to the city center. I would definitely go back!

Breakfast was very good, a buffet with many options. Servers were attentive, all staff friendly. We arrived by train and walked 20 minutes from the train station. 20 to 30-minute walk from this residential neighborhood to the city center, but that means it was quiet and easy to get a taxi to the airport upon departure - not snarled up in the traffic of the city center. Many good local restaurants in the area, not catering to tourists.

We chose this hotel for it's location away from the historic center of Florence and for the facilities. It was a great decision. The staff were all extremely polite and helpful and the facility lived up to the pictures (for a change!) which included a wonderful breakfast each morning. 20 minutes walk to the Florence's main attractions, was a lovely way to start each day. Overall a wonderful week in Florence and our best holiday in Italy to date.

Beautiful property and we had a nice sized and clean room on the ground floor near the beautiful outdoor area. The staff were incredibly helpful during our stay and a great/varied breakfast buffet.

Hotel slightly outside the busy central part of Firenze, but this was perfect for us. From checking in, the welcome and helpfulness of staff was first class. Our room was spacious, clean, and well equipped. Breakfast was varied and plentiful and could be taken inside or in the lovely courtyard. We were so busy sightseeing that we didn't use the spa facilities. Hotel 20-minute walk from centre or a bus could be taken within 5 minutes walk.

Hotel was extremely clean and staff very helpful. Room size great and clean. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Gym was ok with one treadmill and one bike and a set of weights. Spa was lovely.
